Cancellation Policy for Clients

This Cancellation Policy is disclosed to you, the cardholder, to comply with Card Brand requirements and to inform you of the specifications related to canceling services booked with Contoura MedSpa through our booking platform. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge your understanding of this policy, the requirements, and agree to the following terms:

• Appointments may be canceled by you, the cardholder, without a cancellation fee if cancellation occurs a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled start time of your appointment.
• If you, the cardholder, cancel your appointment with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice, the cancellation is considered a Late Cancellation and is subject to a seventy-five dollar ($75) cancellation fee.
• If you, the cardholder, do not contact the business to cancel your appointment with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours' notice and/or do not show for your appointment, you are subject to a seventy-five dollar ($75) no-show fee.
• Late appointment arrivals that impact the completion of the scheduled service may be subject to being charged the seventy-five dollar ($75) late cancellation fee.
• As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages may be sent forty-eight (48) hours in advance of appointments by SMS and/or email to the contact information provided at the time of booking. Failure to receive or respond to confirmation messages does not waive this policy.
• To ensure a full experience, please arrive at least ten (10) minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• By booking an appointment, you authorize Contoura MedSpa to charge the payment method on file for applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy.
• Applicable taxes and processing fees will be retained and remitted as required by law.
