Gift certificates purchased cannot be returned, no exceptions.
All gift certificate sales are final. Once purchased, gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Please Note: Gift certificates purchased in the past may not cover the new cost of services, as we raise prices due to increased costs from our suppliers. Any remaining balance after price adjustments will be credited to your account for future use.
Products purchased can only be returned if you experience a reaction from our product specifically.
We stand behind the quality of our medical-grade skincare products. If you experience an adverse reaction to any product purchased from Contoura MedSpa, please contact us immediately.
To request a product return due to a reaction:
Products purchased for personal preference reasons (scent, texture, etc.) are not eligible for return unless a reaction occurs.
If you would like to cancel your membership, please give a 30-day written notice.
To cancel your membership with Contoura MedSpa:
You are responsible for any charges incurred during the 30-day notice period. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of membership periods.
We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling to avoid cancellation fees.
