Gift certificates purchased cannot be returned, no exceptions.

Gift certificates purchased in the past may not cover the new cost of services, as we raise prices due to increased cost from our suppliers.

Products purchased can only be returned if you experience a reaction from our product specifically.

If you would like to cancel your membership, please give a 30-day written notice.
